Everything you need to know about Brooke's pricing, plans, and how it works.

What exactly is a "run"?
A run is a single execution of a goal — like "draft a competitive analysis report" or "send a follow-up email to my leads." Each run may complete multiple steps (tool calls) and produce one or more artifacts. A run ends when the goal is complete or you cancel it. Multiple steps do not count as multiple runs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Team plans both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required at signup. You'll only be charged after the trial ends, and you can cancel before then with no obligation. The Starter plan is free forever with no trial period needed.
What integrations are included at each tier?
Starter includes 1 integration connection. Pro includes 5 connections covering email, calendar, and popular tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion. Team includes all 20+ connectors with no limits. Enterprise adds the ability to build fully custom connectors for your internal systems.
How do approvals work?
Before Brooke sends an email, posts to Slack, or performs any action with side effects, it presents you with a full preview and waits for your explicit approval. You can approve, edit, or reject the action. This "draft before send" policy applies to all plans and cannot be disabled — it's fundamental to how Brooke operates safely.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Brooke is built on Cloudflare's infrastructure — your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, never used to train AI models, and processed at the edge closest to you. Enterprise customers can also configure custom data residency. We are actively working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
What happens when I hit my run limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your monthly run limit. Once you hit it, Brooke will pause new runs until the next billing cycle resets your count. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get immediate access to more runs — no waiting for the cycle to reset.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any paid charge if you're not satisfied. After that, charges are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges. For annual plans, unused months may be refunded at our discretion — contact us and we'll work something out.
